These are the original Glenn Cronkhite-designed trumpet bags that date back to the 1970s. Some of the original bags are still in use today! Made in the USA using only the finest “Top Grain” leathers and durable 1000D genuine Cordura fabrics, you can be assured that your trumpet is well protected in a well made bag.

NOTE: This bag is too small for Weimann Bb & C Rotaries, the Ganter Bb Rotary, and possibly others. When we have specific bags for these rotaries, they will be available on this page.

Design

• This is the original Glenn Cronkhite design that dates back to the 1970s!
• It features perfect portability in a lightweight bag for easy transport wherever you are headed.
• At 2 pounds, you can’t go wrong!

Exterior

• We use only the finest top grain leathers. Choose from smooth black, a deep chocolate brown, cinnamon, canyon sunrise, badlands, or a stylish British tan.
• Our nylons are US-made genuine Cordura, which is one of the most durable fabrics ever invented. Its abrasive strength is unmatched, and is almost always considered “Military Spec,” when others aren’t good enough.

Specs

• 1.5 pounds in nylon or 2 pounds in leather (.75 kilo nylon, 1 kilo leather);
• Internal measurements (your horn) are 19 inches long X 5 inches tall X 5.5 inch bell size X 3.25 inches wide at the center of the case (48.25L X 12.75H X 11.4 bell X 8.25W cm).
• Foam can “squish to fit,” but we think Glenn built this around older rotary designs. Flies EASY
