For international purchases, it is important to note that all sales are final; unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. Therefore, we encourage you to thoroughly review the instrument's specifications, photos, and descriptions before making your purchase.
On the other hand, for domestic sales, we do provide a 7-day return policy. If, within this timeframe, you find that the instrument does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return. However, please be aware that the cost of returning the instrument, as well as any additional insurance required for the shipment, will be the responsibility of the customer.
