Return Policy

At BrassClub, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100 percent satisfied with their purchases. To protect both our customers and ourselves, we have implemented the following return policy:

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we are unable to process returns.

2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international sales due to logistical constraints.

3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Any product with a manufacturing defect can be returned immediately. Please notify BrassClub within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return and or a refund.

5. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

6. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning a product, unless it has a manufacturing defect.

7. Please ensure that any merchandise being returned is sent directly to the manufacturer or to BrassClub LLC. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.
